Weybridge Fees

For 2025, Weybridge residents pay $200 per quarter, due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. (Due to increased landscaping fees, we anticipate the dues will be higher in 2026.) The fees pay for:

  • landscaping maintenance (over 90% of the expenses)
  • every-third-year driveway sealing (mid-2023, 2026, 2029, etc.)
  • other minor expenses of Weybridge management (legal, insurance, postage, etc.)

If you're mailing payments or using a bill-pay service, please send your quarterly dues to:

Muirfield Fees

Muirfield residents pay $2.30 per $1,000 of assessed fair market value (as of 2023), due annually in February. The fees pay to maintain:

  • roadways and entrances into subdivisions
  • fences and mailboxes, including periodic replacement
  • a large walking trail system and associated green zones
  • recreation areas, including swimming pools, tennis courts, and ponds

City of Dublin: Income Taxes

Dublin income taxes pay for garbage and recycling pick up, green waste collection, snow plowing (streets and roads), police, and other municipal services.

Delaware County / Washington Township: Property Taxes

Delaware County property taxes are paid twice yearly in February and July. Taxes include coverage for Washington Township fire and rescue services, election operations, property records, and more (fees are broken down in tax statements mailed to property owners).

Homeowner Rules

Association rules are documented in official Muirfield and Weybridge documents available online. Most deal with homeowner property modifications, particularly externally-visible home and landscaping modifications which are subject of a long list of rules and review-and-approval procedures designed to keep property values at high levels for the benefit of all property owners.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Weybridge homeowners are subject to both Muirfield rules and Weybridge rules simultaneously. For the most part, the rules are overlapping or complementary, so compliance is typically straightforward. However, approval from one HOA does not ensure approval from the other HOA, so residents must get permission for most exterior changes from both organizations. If you're unclear on how to comply, contact a Weybridge board member and for some coaching on the processes.

Other rules relate to homeowner responsibilities for maintaining their property -- especially for elements not maintained by Weybridge's landscaping contractor. Example maintenance responsibilities include:

  • watering the lawn and shrubs in dry conditions
  • tree trimming
  • house painting and repair
  • roof, chimney and driveway repair (except for driveway sealings provided by the Association).

To ensure property maintenance is up to community standards, the Weybridge board conducts annual property inspections and notifies residents of issues that need attention.

Property Modification Rules

Most of the rules are specified in the Muirfield Property Handbook which lists the items subject to rules, provides links to the specifics of each rule, and further links to the forms required to apply for approval. The Muirfield Design Control Committee (DCC) is the final approval body, but the Weybridge board must be consulted first.

For an overview of the design change process, check out our How to Plan Renovations page.

  • Weybridge Warranty Deed
The Warranty Deed lists general property use rules (e.g. homes are for residential use only; no renting permitted except to relatives), rules relating to relations with roofmates (e.g. common wall modifications; shared costs; insurance information), external storage, vehicle parking, garage door rules, trash, maintenance, insurance, rule enforcement, etc.
  • Weybridge Code of Regulations
The Code of Regulations (sometimes called "by-laws") calls out the rules for Weybridge governance, including Board operations, corporate structure, etc.
The Muirfield Association web site includes all the documents and policies covering property rules and the various articles of incorporation, as well as information on how to contact the association, office hours, meetings, and so forth. Key documents include:
